Managin application of tourist's licences ever since.
We can help you
We manage the application of your tourist licence
A tourist licence in the Valencian Community involves more than submitting a single form.
The property must first obtain a favourable municipal compatibility report. Once this has been issued, the application can move to the regional stage, where a responsible declaration is submitted to the Valencian Tourism Registry.
Advisors Costa Blanca manages both stages and checks the supporting documents before submission. You receive one quote, one point of contact and a clear explanation of anything that needs to be resolved before the application can continue.
We work with properties in Torrevieja and other municipalities within our service area in Alicante and the Valencian Community.

Already have a tourist registration?
An existing tourist registration may need to be reviewed when the property is sold, the activity changes hands or the registered information no longer matches the current situation.
We can check the registration and help you update the owner, activity holder, capacity, operating periods or other property details. We can also review the case if you cannot find the original registration documents or are unsure whether the property remains correctly registered.
If you are buying a property advertised as already having a tourist licence, ask us to check the documentation before relying on it as part of your purchase decision.
Step by step
How we manage your tourist licence
01
Send us the property details
Tell us where the property is located and how you plan to rent it. Send the deed and any occupancy, community or tourist registration documents you already have.
02
We check the application route
We review the municipality, property records and available evidence. You then receive our assessment, the proposed scope of work and the price.
03
We manage the municipal stage
We prepare the compatibility application, arrange the corresponding fee and submit the documents to the town hall. If the municipality requests additional evidence, we help you respond.
04
We complete the tourism registration
Once the municipal requirement has been satisfied, we prepare and submit the responsible declaration to the Valencian Tourism Registry. We then send you the resulting registration documents.
Why us
Why choose Advisors Costa Blanca for your tourist licence?
Your application is handled by an established gestoria that works every day with foreign residents and property owners on the Costa Blanca.
Advisors Costa Blanca has been helping international clients since 2019. The team is led by Yannelsis Soto Peña, a gestora administrativa with specialist training from the Universidad Católica de Valencia.
01
We check the property before asking you to apply
The address, municipality, community rules and property documents can change whether an application is viable. We review these points before preparing the municipal submission.
If something important is missing, you will know before committing to the full service.
02
We coordinate both administrative stages
You will not have to work out which documents go to the town hall and which belong in the regional application.
We prepare the municipal compatibility request and the subsequent tourism registration as one coordinated service.
03
You work with the same English-speaking team
The colleague who reviews your property remains involved in the application. You do not have to explain the case again each time you call or send a document.
Your consultation and application can be handled in English, online or in person. You will also know what the service includes and how much it will cost before we begin.

Any question?
Frequently asked questions ofthe tourist licence
Can every property in Torrevieja obtain a tourist licence?
No. The result depends on the municipal planning rules, the property documents, its permitted use and the community of owners.
We assess these points before proposing the full application service.
Can you manage the application if I live outside Spain?
Yes. Most of the process can be handled remotely through authorised representation.
You can send the documents securely and communicate with the team in English by phone, email or WhatsApp.
How long does a tourist licence application take?
The timeframe depends mainly on the municipality, the condition of the property documents and whether additional certificates are required.
We can explain the likely stages after reviewing the property, but we will not promise an approval date that depends on the authorities.
Do I need approval from my community of owners?
Express approval may be required for new tourist activity in a property governed by horizontal property rules. Existing statutes may also contain restrictions that affect tourist rentals.
We ask for the relevant community documentation before submitting the regional declaration.
What documents should I send for the first assessment?
Start with the property address and a copy of the deed. If available, also send the occupancy certificate, cadastral reference, community documents and any previous tourist registration.
You do not need to obtain missing documents before speaking to us.
Can you update an existing tourist registration?
Yes. We can review and manage changes concerning the owner, activity holder, capacity, operating periods and other registered information.
The first step is checking the existing registration against the current property documents.
How much does the service cost?
The price depends on the municipality, the documents already available and whether the property needs any additional certificate or technical work.
After the free assessment, we provide a quote showing what is included and which official fees or third-party costs apply. We do not add extra work without telling you first.
Will I deal with the authorities myself?
In most cases, no. We prepare and submit the applications under the appropriate representation and communicate with the relevant administration.
If your presence or signature is required for a specific document, we tell you in advance.
