A bit about our history

Immigration advisors in Torrevieja

We’re not a call centre and we’re not a franchise, every case that comes in is worked on by the same colleague that answers your first email.

Led by Yannelsis Soto Peña, administrative consultant with a specialisation in immigration from the Universidad Católica de Valencia. Yannelsis moved from the Dominican Republic to Spain at fifteen and went through the residency process herself before deciding to help others do it properly.

She’s been managing Advisors Costa Blanca since 2019.

Our team also speaks Russian and Ukrainian, because Torrevieja isn’t a one-language town and neither are our clients.

What we do

Services for expats in Torrevieja

We handle the paperwork and the Spanish administrative system so you don’t have to. Every service starts with a free assessment where we tell you honestly what applies to your case, what it will take and what it will cost.

01

Spanish residency and Visas

EU registration certificates (CUE), non-lucrative visa, digital nomad visa, family reunification for EU citizens, TIE cards and renewals for non-EU nationals. We help you find the right route for your income, your family and how you plan to live in Spain.

02

NIE and Social Security numbers

Every foreigner in Spain needs one, whether you’re buying a property, opening a bank account or starting to work. We handle the application, book your appointment and prepare the documentation, including cases where you’re applying from abroad.

03

SIP card and Spanish healthcare

Access to the Spanish public health system for residents, pensioners and people working legally in Spain. We handle the SIP card and the previous paperwork (padrón, residency, social security registration) when it’s needed to unlock it.

04

Tourist licence and non-resident rental tax

A tourist licence is mandatory for any short-term rental in the Valencian Community and Murcia. Non-resident landlords also file rental tax every quarter with Hacienda. We deal with both, and with the interaction between them, so you don’t end up with the licence in place and the tax filings missed.

05

Spanish driving licence and vehicle transfers

Exchange of UK or EU driving licences for a Spanish one. We also handle car ownership transfers from a foreign registration or between residents, which is a completely different procedure with the DGT.

06

Spanish wills for expats

If you own property, a vehicle, a bank account or a business in Spain, having a Spanish will makes inheritance faster and cheaper than relying only on a will from your home country. We draft it and coordinate the notary appointment.

07

Conveyancing process

NIE for buyers, fiscal representative for non-residents, coordination with your solicitor and the notary, and the tax filings that follow the purchase. We aren’t or collaborate with estate agencies, we work alongside yours to make sure the administrative side doesn’t hold up the sale.

How we work

How we manage processes

Every new client starts with a free assessment where we go through your situation before quoting or assuming anything.

01

You tell us your situation

By phone, WhatsApp, email or in person at our Torrevieja office. First contact is always free and there’s no follow-up if you decide we’re not the right fit.

02

Meeting with an advisor

We review your case, check what applies and what doesn’t, and explain your options. If your case doesn’t actually need us, we say so.

03

Documents and preparation

We gather what’s needed, check it against the current requirements and flag anything missing before it becomes a problem at the appointment.

04

Submission and representation

We book the appointment with the relevant authority (police station, foreigners’ office, DGT, town hall…) and represent you in front of them where the law allows it.

05

Follow-up after the resolution

Life in Spain isn’t over when you receive your card, visa or driving licence. We remind you about renewals, TIE appointments and the next steps that most people forget until it’s too late.

What we do

Why expats trusts Advisors Costa Blanca

Not because of the price or the partners, but for these other reasons.

We tell you what your case actually needs

No inflated service lists. If a step doesn’t apply to your situation, we don’t add it. If something is simpler than you thought, we say so.

We chase the first available appointment

The bottleneck in Spanish immigration is most of the time the appointment. We monitor slots daily and book the earliest one that fits your case. Some NIE clients have had theirs within six days.

We work in English with people who actually speak it

Not translated on the fly. Yannelsis and the team handle the case, the correspondence and the appointment in English from the first message to the last document.

We stay after the card is issued

Renewals, driving licence exchange, SIP card, tax filings, wills… Most clients come for one procedure and stay because they didn’t know a Spanish will could save them a five-figure inheritance headache.

Our prices are quoted upfront

We tell you what it will cost before we start. If something in your case changes and the price has to move, we tell you before we do the work. Never after.

We know what a Costa Blanca case looks like

Torrevieja isn’t Madrid. The offices, the timings, the criteria and the queue behaviour are different here, and we’ve been navigating them for over a decade.

Our reputation speaks

What our clients say

We’ve always been here to help expats like you.

Latest advice from our blog

We write about the questions we hear every week. Details that make a difference between a smooth application and a rejected one.

Any question?

Frequently asked questions

Is it necessary a lawyer for these procedures?

Not always. We are specialised administrative advisors regulated by the Colegio Oficial de Gestores Administrativos. For most immigration and administrative procedures in Spain, a gestor is who you need.

How quickly can I get an NIE appointment?

It depends on the police station and the time of year. In many cases we secure appointments within one or two weeks but we don’t promise a specific date until we see the calendar.

Do you communicate with clients in English?

Yes, always. English is our working language with international clients. Yanelsis and the team handle the case in English from the first email to the final document. We also offer support in Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish and other languages.

Can you help EU citizens and their families?

Yes. EU registration certificates (CUE), family reunification for EU citizens, SIP cards, padrón and driving licence exchange are among our most common services for EU nationals settling on the Costa Blanca.

Can you help with the digital nomad visa?

Yes. We guide remote workers through the full application, from checking whether you qualify to obtaining your TIE card once you’re in Spain.

How much do your services cost?

It depends on the service and the complexity of your case. We quote before we start and we don’t add extras during the process without telling you first. The initial consultation is free.

Can I meet you before signing anything?

Yes. You can book a free consultation by phone, WhatsApp or in person at our Torrevieja office. If after that you decide we’re not the right fit for your case, there’s no charge and no follow-up.
